Radiant Skin & Wax Bar Policies
At Radiant Skin & Wax Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the best service in a smooth, professional environment, please review and comply with the following policies when booking an appointment.
Late Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is offered for all appointments.

Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Please understand that we maintain a strict schedule to respect the time of all clients.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, canceled appointments due to tardiness, or forfeited deposits.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No refunds will be issued for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments that violate this policy.
Payment & Booking Restrictions

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If a payment is unsuccessful or a balance remains unpaid, your booking privileges may be suspended until the account is brought current.

All service fees are due at the time of your appointment.
